Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email abeetradingllc@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is approved, we'll send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility. If we made a mistake, or the item is damaged or defective, there's no cost to you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to return the item.

Items that can't be returned

Opened personal care and beauty products, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective
Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
